For those who are living in Bandung, Airin Efferin perhaps is not a stranger afterall. Her work for the classical music is already very evident in Bandung.
With violinist Danny Ceri and cellist Ade Sinata, she established Trio Cascade, the one and only Indonesian piano trio. It has performed extensively in many cities in Indonesia and just made their debut in Jakarta two weeks ago.
Educated in Bandung and USA, Airin has already started her classical music radio show in Bandung’s Maestro FM as the one and only classical music radio program in the city. Holding a Master of Music degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, she is also an avid educator. Airin is the principal of Gracioso Music School Bandung and the director of Yedutun Orchestra GKI Anugerah.
Bandung is already showing a great progress in the classical music scene in these couple of years and is worth watching. Airin’s knowledge and enthusiasm will surely give A Musical Promenade an extension of insights to the growing of Bandung as one of creative centers in Indonesia.

Bandung is definitely worth to see, and Airin is there in the field to share her point of view to us all.
